Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at oasisblankets@outlook.com with:

A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
